The European Commission for Democracy through Law, better known as the Venice Commission is meeting on Friday 21 and Saturday 22 October for its third plenary session of the year, during which it is expected to adopt opinions on Andorra, Bulgaria, the Republic of Moldova, Serbia and Ukraine as well as on Belarus, Kazakhstan and Mexico. Because the session, held as usual in Venice, is closed to media, the adopted opinions will be made public as of 24 October.
