On 3 December 2020, Mykola Gnatovskyy, President and Mark Kelly, 1st Vice-President of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT) held a videoconference meeting with Ms Ylva Johansson, EU Commissioner for Home Affairs, in order to exchange views on various issues of mutual interest for the protection of human rights in the field of immigration detention.
