As part of its "Rejuvenating Politics" initiative, the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe is calling for applications from young people from Council of Europe member States, aged between 18 and 30.
One young person from each of the 46 member States of the Council of Europe will be invited by the Congress to:
- Take an active part, as a youth delegate, in its 46th (26-28 March 2024) and 47th (15-17 October 2024) Congress sessions in Strasbourg, France.
- Develop their own grassroots project back home (under the aegis of the Congress)
To apply:
- Applications must be sent to the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities using the online form by 7 January 2024 at the latest.
- Selected youth delegates must commit to taking part in the whole of the two sessions of the Congress in 2024.
- All candidates will be informed of the results of the selection procedure by 9 February 2024 at the latest.
