Human Rights Handbook vol.2: Social Rights
A second volume of the "Human rights handbook for local and regional authorities" on social rights has been adopted by the Congress Monitoring Committee.
The handbook features issues with regards to health, education, work, housing, social security, protection, inclusion and integration, with a particular focus on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The publication will be available at the end of 2020.
