On 9-11 March, the representatives of the 47 member states of the Council of Europe will meet to examine the implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, in accordance with the supervisory role of the Committee of Ministers under Article 46 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
The cases proposed for detailed examination, listed below, concern Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, the Republic of Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, the Russian Federation, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
The decisions and resolutions adopted will be made public shortly after the meeting.
