The Execution Department modified today the country factsheet webpages and included statistics concerning the amounts of just satisfaction awarded by the European Court. These statistics have an online tool that is responsive via an interactive map.
The payment of the sums awarded by the Court by way of just satisfaction and the payment of default interest are among the obligations incumbent on respondent States in the framework of the execution of final judgments and decisions.
Furthermore, the Execution Department regularly updates the pending cases and their payment status based on the information provided by the respondent States.
