On May 14-15, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as part of the Safety of Journalists campaign launched by the Council of Europe, organized an important training course on "Crisis Communication and Crisis Reporting."  The course aimed to enhance cooperation and communication skills during emergencies and ensure effective interaction with the media.  Through this initiative, the Ministry of Internal Affairs not only aimed to enhance the operational effectiveness of crisis communication but also to create a secure and supportive environment for journalists, so that they can perform their vital role safely and effectively.
Participants included public relations officers, media representatives, crisis communication specialists, information security experts, and university lecturers.
As part of the course, participants visited the National Center for Crisis Management to learn about operational shift work, call service processes, information registration, reception, and transmission.
