The Cybercrime Programme Office of the Council of Europe (C-PROC) is currently seeking consultants with expertise in the following fields:
- Lot 1 - Legislation on cybercrime and electronic evidence and related issues
- Lot 2 - Cybercrime and cybersecurity policies and strategies
- Lot 3 - Specialised cybercrime units
- Lot 4 - Law enforcement training on cybercrime and electronic evidence and related issues
- Lot 5 - Judicial training on cybercrime and electronic evidence and related issues
- Lot 6 - Financial investigations and prevention of online fraud and money laundering
- Lot 7 - Public/private cooperation, cybercrime prevention and cybercrime reporting systems
- Lot 8 - International cooperation
The pool of experts will be formed and used in the implementation of C-PROC capacity building activities on cybercrime and electronic evidence.
