Due to rapid spread of COVID-19, the Council of Europe has decided to apply extraordinary measures, to limit the potential spread of the virus. All meetings in Strasbourg involving international experts have been cancelled until April 9th. Missions of Council of Europe staff to other destinations have been reduced to the essential ones. Until the epidemiological situation improves, remote communication and videoconferencing will be favoured to carry-out activities.
