On 20 March 2023, Ambassador Andrej SLAPNIČAR, Permanent Representative of Slovenia transmitted to the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe the instruments of ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Access to Official Documents (CETS 205) which will enter into force in respect of Slovenia on 1 July 2023.
