The Council of Europe is currently implementing a joint Project on “Strengthening the Criminal Justice System and the Capacity of Justice Professionals on Prevention of the European Convention on Human Rights Violations in Türkiye.”
A maximum of four (3) service providers for each LOT, are sought for design, layout and printing of project documents.

Expected duration of the provided services: 16 November 2023 – 14 December 2023
In this context, all tender files with the required supplementary documents shall be sent to ankara.office@coe.int e-mail address until 13 November 2023 Monday (14:00 Türkiye Time). Tenders shall be exclusively addressed to the email address stated above with the following reference in subject: CJPII Tender - Design and Printing. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be addressed to the email address ankara.office@coe.int at least 4 (four) working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders with the following reference in subject: CJPII Questions- Design and Printing Tender (7 November 2023 – 14:00).
All documents shall be submitted in English (with only exception to company registration documents which can be submitted in Turkish), failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender.
If any of the documents listed above are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tenderer. All supporting documents should be submitted either in PDF (or in PPT for professional profile) or in MS Word (DOC/DOCX) format.
[1] The Act of Engagement must be completed, signed and scanned in its entirety (i.e. including all the pages). For all scanned documents, .pdf files are preferred.
