The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Joint Project on “Supporting the Effective Implementation of Turkish Constitutional Court Judgments in the field of Fundamental Rights”. Within the scope of this project, the purpose of this call for tender is to create a pool with maximum five (5) service providers for each lot for the provision of printing and designing of the project documents.
All the related technical and administrative information is included in the attached documents. The financial offers shall be indicated in the Act of Engagement document.
Please send the documents to the following e-mail address: ankara.office@coe.int by 6 February 2023 Monday (17:00 TR time). Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address indicated above, with the following reference in the subject line: Tender- SIAC II - Printing and Design. Tenders addressed to another email address be rejected.
Relevant hardcopy samples of printed material(s), 1 or 2 published books, specified in Terms of Reference (please see the Turkish version of the Technical Specifications in Annex-I) to be submitted to the CoE Ankara Programme Office until 6 February 2023, 17:00 (TR time), having the following title on the envelope: For the attention of “SIAC II- Printing and Design Tender”, to the address stated in the tender document.
All questions shall be submitted at least 5 (five) working days (30 January 2023 Monday – 17:00 TR time) before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address ankara.office@coe.int with the following reference in subject: Questions- Tender- SIAC II - Printing and Design.
