The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on “Improving the Effectiveness of the Administrative Judiciary and Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Council of State”. The purpose of this call is to identify maximum three (3) providers for each lot for the provision of printing, distribution/delivery services of books, report and other training materials.
Please send the documents to the following e-mail address: ankara.office@coe.int by 5 May 2022, (18.00 Turkish Time). Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address indicated above, with the following reference in the subject line: Printing Tender - IMEAJ.
Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted at least 2 (two) working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address ankara.office@coe.int with the following reference in subject: Question-Printing Tender - IMEAJ.

IMPORTANT
While preparing the Tender Contract (Act of Engagement), you are requested to specify the prices in Euro and excluding VAT.
The Contract of Engagement (Act of Engagement) should be filled, a price offer should be given, it should be signed and sent by making a PDF;

- A completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement (attached);
- Relevant samples of previous works (electronic copy);
- A copy of the Registration Document / Operating Certificate given by relevant Chamber of Commerce in Turkey
