Call for tenders for the provision of printing and distribution services for the Project on “Improving the Effectiveness of the Administrative Judiciary and Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Council of State”
The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on “Improving the Effectiveness of the Administrative Judiciary and Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Council of State”. The purpose of this call is to identify maximum three (3) providers for each lot for the provision of printing, distribution/delivery services of books, report and other training materials.
Exclusion level for this tender is €55,000. Total offers exceeding the €55,000 level will be exluded from the tender evaluation.
Please send the documents to the following e-mail address: ankara.office@coe.int by 23 May 2022, (14.00 Turkish Time). Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address indicated above, with the following reference in the subject line: Printing Tender - IMEAJ.
Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted at least 2 (two) working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address ankara.office@coe.int with the following reference in subject: Question-Printing Tender - IMEAJ.
