Studies on increasing the efficiency in the selected first instance courts and regional administrative courts within the scope of the European Union - the Council of Europe Joint Project on “Improving the Effectiveness of Administrative Judiciary and Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Council of State” have resulted in the publication of guidance materials concerning administrative court procedures and registries.
A set of 12 guidance materials aiming at clarification of the provisions of the administrative and tax law procedures and applications to minimise the loss of time and effort and to facilitate adjudication and access to court were produced with the valuable contributions of the judges and staff of the six pilot courts of the project.
