The handbook on “Individual Application Procedural Law” was published under the EU- CoE Joint Project on “Supporting the Individual Application to the Constitutional Court in Turkey”.
The book written by Associate Prof Tolga Şirin, who also prepared the training modules on “Right to liberty and security” and “Individual application and admissibility criteria” used in the training sessions of the project, aims to raise awareness and knowledge of legal professionals about the procedural law related to individual application to the Turkish Constitutional Court (TCC).
The book, analysing the jurisdiction of the TCC related to admissibility criteria and procedural law of individual application, was published in 6000 copies and distributed to the stakeholders of the project, legal professionals in training sessions and all law schools in Turkey.
