An online meeting was held on 23 October 2020 with the participation of the Council of State, the Ministry of Justice and national and international project consultants, for the preparation of the webinar to be held on 16 December 2020, focusing the comparative examples of ADR mechanisms in French administrative justice and in search of possible implementation methods in Turkish administrative justice system. The participants raised their questions regarding ADR practices in Turkey and addressed their expectations about content of the agenda and the issues to be covered.
The online seminar (webinar) will be held on 16 December 2020 with the participation of French and Turkish consultants, the MoJ, Council of State, Ombudsman Institution, administrative judiciary members, administrative authorities, legal departments of public institutions and other project stakeholders. The webinar will aim to inform the members of the Turkish administrative judiciary and project stakeholders about different ADR methods implemented in the administrative justice system of France and their compatibility with the Turkish system.
