The Council of Europe is currently implementing an EU/CoE Joint Project on Improving International Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters in Turkey.
In that context, the project invites bids from qualified Providers for purchase of books to support the capacity development of the Ministry of Justice (the End Beneficiary) related to the field of international cooperation in criminal matters.
The deadline for submission of applications is 21 September 2022 at 18:00 (Ankara Time).
Please note that the following documents should be provided in line with the Tender File:
- A completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement (See attached)
- For tenderers subject to VAT only: a quote, describing their financial offer, in line with the requirements of section C of the Tender File;
- A list of all owners and executive officers, for legal persons only;
- Proof of compliance with the eligibility criteria:
- Company registration documents,
- List of similar assignments of supply of books within the last three years.
- Technical Proposal (in free form) indicating:
- List of books the Provider undertakes to provide based on the Appendix I Technical Specifications with ISBN number indicated for each book;
- Estimated delivery schedule of the books; and
- Year of the edition of each book (year of publication)
