From 13 to 22 June 2022, approximately 100 teachers from preschools and primary and secondary schools in Pristina, Prizren and Peja were trained on early identification of trafficking, support for victims of trafficking, and the referral mechanism.

The education professionals were able to discuss the role of educational institutions in preventing and combating human trafficking, and highlighed the importance of supporting and protecting victims.

The project continues to support local authorities to strengthen anti-trafficking actions, this time working closely with the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation.
