The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on “Supporting Malta in the design and implementation of a new national Anti-Trafficking Strategy” (2022-2024). It aims at supporting the Maltese authorities with the development and implementation of a new national Anti-Trafficking Strategy and Action Plan, while also enhancing the operational capabilities of relevant institutions.
In that context, the Council of Europe is looking for international consultants with important professional experience in the field of human trafficking at national and international level, in particular in developing strategic documents and action plans as well as tools to facilitate cooperation and coordination among key anti-trafficking actors including civil society organisations.
