Latest article by the Commissioner for Human Rights: Safeguarding Human Rights in the era of Artificial Intelligence

Latest article by Mrs Dunja Mijatović, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, entitled "Safeguarding human rights in the era of Artificial Intelligence" highlights that the Artificial intelligence, and in particular its subfields of machine learning and deep learning, may only be neutral in appearance, if at all.
