In Module 2 you watched and read about other people's encounters. Importantly, you looked at them from more than one perspective. Another useful skill you practised was approaching intercultural experiences in terms of the feelings, behaviours and insights gained by those involved.  

In Module 3 you look more closely at what may be understood by the term 'intercultural encounter' in general and the AIE's conceptualisation of intercultural encounter in particular.
