The Programme “Human Resources Management in Local Self Government – phase 2”, jointly funded by the EU and Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade, is hereby publishing the call for experts – 2 lots.
The expert(s) will be responsible for the provision of “Technical assistance to the National Academy for Public Administration in the introduction of the ‘assessment centre’ function for accredited trainers”.
The provided “Act of Engagement” and the “Tender File/Terms of Reference” contain 2 lots – applicants may apply for more than one lot.
We kindly ask the applicants to fill the attached “Act of Engagement” and provide the respective documentation, as stated in the attached “Tender File/Terms of Reference” (in English or Serbian language), for the position(s) which they are applying for.
The deadline for applications is 23 June 2021.
