The Programme “Human Resources Management in Local Self Government – phase 2”, jointly funded by the EU and Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade, is hereby publishing the call for three consultants.
The three consultants will work as part of the "Consultant team" in order to implement the Program Activity “Support to ministries in developing up to 5 Sectoral Special Training Programmes (SSTP) for local level”.
The provided “Act of Engagement” and the “Tender File/Terms of Reference” contain 3 lots – one for each Consultant position.
We kindly ask the candidates to fill out only one lot in the attached “Act of Engagement” and provide the respective documentation, as stated in the attached “Tender File/Terms of Reference”, only for the position which they are applying for. Candidates may apply for only one position.
The deadline for applications is 23 March 2020.
