Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats

The complaint was submitted by the association Cornwall Waste Forum St Dennis Branch in 2012 concerning the building of a waste burn incinerator plant, which is likely to affect a Special Area of Conservation (listed as a Natura 2000 site) in close vicinity to the project location. The protected area provides the habitat for bryophyte Marsupella profunda, a species listed in the Appendix I to the Bern Convention.
