The event “Building Bridges with Future Generations - 75 years of the Council of Europe” saw speakers like Julie Bynens, Secretary General of Flanders Chancellery and Foreign Office, Tobias Flessenkemper, Head of Council of Europe’s Youth Department, Maurizio Cuttin, from the Youth Department’s Advisory Council of Youth. The event was wrapped up by testimonies of Elise Hartnett and Emile Markey, former trainees of the Flanders Trainee Programme at the Council of Europe Liaison Office to the EU.
