Opinion n°13 on the role of Judges in the enforcement of judicial decisions
At its 1075th meeting of 20 January 2010, the Committee of Ministers adopted the terms of reference of the CCJE for 2010 and 2011. These terms of reference contained also the adoption, in 2010, of an opinion (No. 13) on the principles of public prosecution as regards juvenile justice.
In the framework of this theme, CCJE proposed concrete measures to improve efficiency of enforcement procedures; work which has been carried out in consultation with the European Commission for Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) and the Department for the execution of Judgments of the European Court of Human Rigths.
