Independence, accountability and ethics of prosecutors (2018)
Preliminary work - preparation of the 13th CCPE opinion (2018)
For 2018, the Committee of Ministers entrusted the preparation of an opinion on Independence, accountability and ethics of prosecutors (2018). The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 13th plenary meeting of the CCPE, on 22 and 23 November 2018.
Working group
The first meeting of the working group in charge of preparing the draft opinion took place on 8-9 February 2018.
The second meeting took place on 7-8 June 2018.
