The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Action “Enhancing the accountability and the efficiency of the judicial system and the professionalism of lawyers in Georgia” as part of the European Union and the Council of Europe project aimed to provide assistance to the (a) Judiciary System in legislative work and capacity building activities for staff and communications (both: at Common Courts and Constitutional Court) and (b) Georgian BAR Association in Institutional building of the training center.
In this context the Council of Europe is looking for an International Consultancy Service Provider, to be requested by the Council of Europe on an as needed basis, in compliance with the ordering procedure defined in the Act of Engagement.
