The Council of Europe exhibition "Free to Create, Create to be Free“ will be presented by its curator Dr Katalin Krasznahorkai, to the Parliamentarians present at the meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly Committee on Culture, Science, Education and Media, to be held on 25 April in Strasbourg.

The exhibition will be equally accessible during all the Parliamentary Assembly spring session week (from 25 to 28 April 2023), at the Foyer of the Committee of Ministers (Palais de l’Europe).

During the meeting, Ms Sara Whyatt will also present the Council of Europe’s Report Free to Create: Artistic Freedom in Europe dealing with freedom of artistic expression, followed by a discussion around important questions raised in this report, on recommendations to member states, stakeholders, cultural institutions, and artists, and on challenges to ways forward.
