18 Lithuanian Mayors have gathered at the Dainava Training Centre in Druskininkai, Lithuania (5-7 April) for Stage 2 of LAP with a view to:

• developing leadership values;
• improving strategic management capacities;
• learning skills to implement organisational change and manage citizen expectations;
• promoting the 12 Principle of Good Governance

This activity also incorporates a training of Lithuanian trainers thus building local capacity, ensuring sustainability and further developing the Centre of Expertise's pool of trainers.

Stage 1 took place in November 2016 and Stage 3 is planned for June 2017.
