A CEPEJ team of experts visited Tunisia from 11 to 13 July 2016. The main objective of the mission was to make a first visit in four new pilot courts in Sidi Bouzid and Gabes, to understand their functioning, interact with judicial professionals and clerks about possible improvements, and to present concrete projects proposals for the application of the CEPEJ tools (judicial time management, quality of services, ... ) in these courts. The experts also carried out a follow-up visit to the court of first instance of Kairouan.
