Presentation of the Training Needs Assessment draft report on the continuous training of the Albanian School of Magistrates

The CEPEJ expert Marina Naumovska, presented on 14 and 15 February the first draft of the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) report concerning the continuous training delivered by the Albanian School of Magistrates. The TNA report is based on the results of the interviews conducted with beneficiaries, focus group discussions and questionnaires collected from six target groups from the judiciary, prosecution and court administration and focuses specifically on the new training needs of these categories deriving from the recent legislative changes in Albania. The report was presented and discussed with the School of Magistrates professors and respective heads of continuous training for judges, prosecutors and court administration. Moreover, international partners USAID, EURALIUS and OSCE were also present during the discussions.

This activity has been organised in the framework of the SEJ II Action “Strengthening the efficiency and quality of the justice system in Albania”, which is part of the programme "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey", co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
