23rd CEPEJ plenary meeting
The 23rd CEPEJ plenary meeting took place in Baku, in the framework of the Presidency of the Committee of Ministers by Azerbaijan. The 2014 edition of the CEPEJ report evaluating the functioning of European judicial systems has been adopted at this meeting, before its publication foreseen in autumn. The meeting has been opened by Mr Fikret Mammadov, Minister of Justice, Chairman of the Judicial-Legal Council of Azerbaïjan and Mr Ramiz RZAYEV, President of the Supreme Court of Azerbaïjan.
