2012 edition of the Crystal Scales of justice
The Jury composed of eminent judicial professionals has examined 38 applications representing about 20 members States of the Organisation.
The Crystal Scales of Justice Prize awarding ceremony took place at the main event of the European Day of civil justice in Ljubljana (Slovenia). The representatives of the Council of Europe and of the European Commission assisted to this ceremony.
The Winner of the 2012 Edition of the Crystal Scales of Justice Prize in the Regional Court of Antwerp (Belgium),for his efforts consented to the follow-up of judicial expertises.
