On 8 June 2021, the CEPEJ will launch the Project "Support for a better evaluation of the results of judicial reform efforts in the Eastern Partnership - Justice Dashboard EaP” through an online meeting with the beneficiary countries, the representatives of the European Commission and the representatives of the Council of Europe.
The objectives of the meeting are to present the Project, as well as the methodology, stages and timeline of the Justice Dashboard EaP and to start the first data collection cycle. The meeting will enable the national correspondents from the countries concerned to discuss the draft questionnaire, the accompanying explanatory note and the proposed timeline of the data collection.
The Justice Dashboard EaP aims at supporting Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine in their efforts to achieve an effective, systematic and data–based monitoring and evaluation on the quality, efficiency, independence and accountability of their justice systems, including the prosecution services. This will be done through annual data collection according to the CEPEJ methodology.
The Justice Dashboard EaP is part of the Action entitled "Support for a better evaluation of the results of judicial reform efforts in the Eastern Partnership” ("Justice Dashboard EaP"), which is co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the latter.
