On the 2 and 3 July 2019, the first activity of the project « Strengthening the efficiency and quality of the judicial system in Azerbaijan » was held in Baku. It has been a round table on the topic « European trends regarding the status of enforcement agents ». This activity falls under the framework of the assistance provided to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the elaboration of a study on international best practices on alternative mechanisms of execution of the decisions of courts and other bodies, as well as entrustment of execution to private agencies. This activity was the opportunity to discuss and exchange between professionals from the Enforcement Department of the Ministry of Justice and CEPEJ experts about the Enforcement Agent profession in Europe and about different enforcement systems.
