Back Tender call for provision of meeting rooms, event management, audio-visual equipment and catering services in Madrid, Spain

The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project “Barnahus in Spain – Strengthening child-friendly justice through effective co-operation and coordination among different Barnahus-type services in the regions of Spain”. It is co-financed by the EU Structural Reform Support Programme and implemented in close cooperation with EU DG Reform and the Spanish Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030 during the period 6 July 2022 to 5 July 2024.

In that context, the Council is looking for Providers for the provision of meeting rooms, online, hybrid and physical event management, audio-visual equipment and catering services in Madrid, Spain, to be requested by the Council of Europe on an as needed basis. The tender has three lots:

- Lot 1: Meeting rooms

- Lot 2: Catering services

- Lot 3: Videoconferencing and technical services, including interpretation equipment

The deadline for submission of applications is 6 October 2023 (23:59 CEST) to be addressed exclusively to children@coe.int.
