In the framework of the Project "Support for Media Pluralism and Freedom of Expression in the Republic of Moldova," funded and implemented under the Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova 2021-2024, the Council of Europe is looking for five service providers for consultancy services towards the development of a series of draft amendments to the Audiovisual Media Services Code of Moldova, to include EU legal approximation and best international standards in the field.

Interested service providers are invited to submit their applications in accordance with the Tender File and the Act of Engagement. These documents contain a detailed description of the terms and conditions of engagement, as well as the scope of activities.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 26 August, 2024.
