The Council of Europe Project “Support to the Office of the Ombudsperson in the Protection of Human Rights in the Republic of Moldova - Phase I” is launching a call for the provision of technical and other necessary equipment for the organisation of the ”Human Rights Caravan” campaign, which will take place on 2 July in Cahul, on 14 July in Ungheni and on 21 July in Drochia.
In this context, the Council of Europe is inviting potential providers to apply and submit their offers in accordance with the attached documents.
The deadline for submission of offers is 24 June 2024 23h59 CET
