Viorel Cibotaru, Director of the European Institute for Political Studies in Moldova: “Council of Europe is a guiding light, a friend, a support for the young politicians of the Republic of Moldova. Those who graduated the European Institute from its very beginnings became prime-ministers, members of the Parliament, deputies including during the recent Legislative. We have trainees that became deputies after graduation of the European Institute, and this is clearly noticeable. This is part of a bigger picture, both concerning the Institute as a program launched by Council of Europe and the Council of Europe to which Moldova is a member”.
