What do we aim to achieve?
Twelve trainers of the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) learned how to create a more conducive learning environment in judicial training courses, whether they take place in classrooms or online.
The course which was held remotely on 12th and 13th July gathered NIJ trainers who are engaged in delivering initial and continuous training for judges and prosecutors.
Development of skills aimed at reshaping the learning environment to better serve the interests of participants is closely interconnected with capability to deliver a more participant-centered, more problem-centered and finally a more interactive training.
The training courses were very well received by the participants who got familiarized with a number of different methods aimed at increasing interactivity among their future training beneficiaries.
This activity was organised as part of the assistance provided to the National Institute of Justice, partner institution of the national project “Strengthening the capacities of the justice sector actors to deliver justice in line with European standards, in particular to fight discrimination in the Republic of Moldova”, funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe in their Partnership for Good Governance II Programme.
