At the start of the meeting, the Chairman expressed the Committee’s condolences and solidarity after the terrorist attack in London on 3 June 2017.
The Deputies adopted the following texts:
- a recommendation of the Committee of Ministers to member States on standards for e-voting (see the Explanatory Memorandum for more information), together with Guidelines on the implementation of the provisions of the recommendation;
- a resolution on principles for the selection, evaluation, donation and follow-up of the non-resident living organ donors;
- a resolution on establishing procedures for the management of patients having received an organ transplant abroad upon return to their home country to receive follow-up care.
Finally, the Deputies held an exchange of views with Ms Päivi Kaukoranta, Chair of the Committee of Legal Advisers on Public International Law (CAHDI), following her presentation of the CAHDI's recent and future activities.
