At their 1502^nd meeting on 19 June 2024, the Ministers' Deputies held exchanges of views with: 

• Mr Michael O’Flaherty, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, who gave an overview of the priorities and main work carried out since the beginning of his mandate, with a particular focus on the human rights implications of conflicts [more information …];
• Mr Bertil Cottier, Chair of the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) [more information ...]. The Deputies also took note of ECRI's annual report on activities for 2023 and the report on its 94^th plenary meeting (9-11 April 2024).

In addition, the Deputies heard a communication by Ms Despina Chatzivassiliou-Tsovilis, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly on the preparation of the 3^rd part of the 2024 Session (Strasbourg, 24-28 June 2024) and other Assembly activities.

They also exchanged with Mr David Best, Special Representative of the Secretary General on Migration and Refugees, following his presentation of the 2^nd interim report on the implementation of the Action Plan for the protection of vulnerable persons in the context of migration and asylum 2021-2025.
