At their 1465th meeting, on 3 and 4 May, the Ministers’ Deputies continued the preparation of the 4th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Council of Europe, which will take place in Reykjavik (Iceland) on 16 and 17 May 2023.
 
The Deputies took a series of decisions concerning co-operation between the Council of Europe and the European Union (EU), notably welcoming the existing co-operation and calling for its further enhancement.
 
They also held an exchange of views with Mr Tiny Kox, President of the Parliamentary Assembly, on the results of the 2nd part of the 2023 Session (Strasbourg, 24-28 April 2023).
