At their 1458th meeting, on 1 March, the Ministers’ Deputies held an exchange of views with Ms Leyla Kayacik, the Special Representative of the Secretary General on Migration and Refugees, on her first interim report on the implementation of the Action Plan on Protecting Vulnerable Persons in the Context of Migration and Asylum in Europe (2021-2025) [more information …], together with her report of the fact-finding mission to Romania (12‑14 December 2022) [more information …].
 
The Deputies also took note of a report on the effective processing and resolution of cases relating to interstate disputes, as well as a report on member States’ practice in relation to derogations from the European Convention on Human Rights in situations of crisis.
