At their 1472nd meeting on 12 July, the Ministers' Deputies approved the Host State Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Council of Europe regarding the Seat of the Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and authorised the Secretary General to sign it.
