At their 1464bis meeting on 24 April, the Ministers’ Deputies decided to transmit to the Parliamentary Assembly for consultation the letter of 12 May 2022 addressed to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, without prejudice to the Committee of Ministers’ future consideration of this application to accede to the Council of Europe.
