At their 1499^th meeting on 29 May 2024, the Ministers' Deputies started to discuss the Secretary General's report on the human rights situation in the territories of Ukraine temporarily controlled or occupied by the Russian Federation.
 
They held an exchange of views with Mr Marin Mrčela, President of the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO), and took note of GRECO's 24th general activity report for 2023 [more information …].
 
In addition, the Deputies took note of the report of the Governor and the financial report of the Council of Europe Development Bank for the year 2023, as well as the annual activity report 2023 of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport (EPAS). They also reaffirmed their support for the organisation of the 2025 European Year of Digital Citizenship Education, as proposed by the Steering Committee for Education (CDEDU), and encouraged member States’ governments to promote it at national and international level.
