Back Meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies on 5 July 2023

At their 1471st meeting on 5 July, the Ministers' Deputies continued their consideration of the follow-up to the 4th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Council of Europe and took a series of decisions on the implementation of the Reykjavík Declaration and its implications for the programme, budget and structure of the Organisation. They also agreed to remain seized of the issue of the accountability of the Russian Federation for its continued war of aggression against Ukraine and of the implementation of Resolution CM/Res(2023)3 establishing the Enlarged Partial Agreement on the Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
 
The Deputies also held an exchange of views with Mr Bujar Osmani, OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Minister for Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, on the priorities of North Macedonia’s Chairmanship of the OSCE.
